| The 73 guestrooms are equipped with central air-conditioning, cable TV, IDD telephone, lightly stocked mini bar and bathrooms with tubs. Only the Suites have in room safety box. There are 23 Standard rooms with a cozy area of 25 sqm and rooms have no views. The slightly larger Superior rooms are 28 sqm located to the back of the hotel some have no views while others face the street. The generous size Deluxe rooms are 35 sqm and have the Saigon River and street views. New carpets have been installed in early 2003 and rooms have either one king size bed plus a twin bed or twin beds. Connecting rooms are available for families. The 6 Junior Suites are 55 sqm and are similar to the Deluxe rooms but have a larger bathroom. The 2 Riverside Suites are each a spacious 80 sqm with a large sitting room furnished with a terrace, bar counter, sofa area, dining table for 4 and powder room. There are two bedrooms both with TVs and king size beds. The master bedroom has an extra single bed, large working desk, bathroom and a terrace. |

| The Riverside Hotel Saigon offers 2 small restaurants both with an International and local Vietnamese menu. Other facilities include modest massage facilities with sauna and the business center offers internet services, fax transmission and photocopying.
