Phan Thiet is the provincial capital of Binh Thuan Province and is located 200 km east of Saigon on Highway Nº1, which runs from Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) to Nha Trang, then to Hanoi. The most beautiful part of the Province's 200km of coast line is the Bay of Mui Né. Binh Thuan Province is considered to be the driest area in all of Vietnam with an average temperature of 26, 6 Cº, and an average annual rainfall of 1, 008 mm. As in the rest of South Vietnam there are two seasons: the rainy season from May to October with south-westerly winds, and the dry season from November to April with north-easterly winds.

| Located in Phan Thiet, the resort is about 200 km away from Saigon about 3 hours drive. Phan Thiet City is about 25 minutes away. Situated near the resort are different tourist attractions like the Sand Dunes, Ta Ku Mountain where the 10-metre high lying buddha can be found, which is only 25 km from Phan Thiet on the way to Saigon. |

| The bungalows and villas are equipped with air-conditioning, mosquito nets, mini bar and IDD telephone. There is no TV in the rooms. The 28 comfortable Bungalows are 35 sqm with shower facilities and just enough room to accommodate another extra bed. The 3 well-appointed 2 bedroom Villas are a spacious 76 sqm and are ideal for families. The Villas have a very spacious terrace with sofa, 2 bedrooms, a living room and the bathroom has a bathtub. |

| The restaurant cum bar by the beach has a great relaxing ambiance with excellent views of the ocean and is opened for all day and night dining. The Champa French Restaurant by the garden is opened only for dinner. Recreational facilities include body massages, an outdoor swimming pool, volleyball, table soccer, table tennis, Petanque (French Boccia game) and a library. There is a playground, wading pool and video for kids. A variety of sports facilities for windsurfing, boat sailing, paddle surfing and water skiing are available while bicycles and motorbikes are for rent. For business visits, the resort also has a meeting room that can accommodate up to 40 persons. Facilities include an air-conditioner, a private terrace for coffee breaks, and equipment such as an overhead projector. Other hotel services include private functions, Internet and email access, private parking, tour desk, on call doctor, safety deposit box at the reception and foreign exchange. The Coco Beach manages their own tours and can arrange one suitable for guests. |
